Good Morning Britain viewers fume at Adil Ray over 'disgusting' remark to Kate Garraway
Good Morning Britain viewers were left furious with Adil Ray as they slammed him for making a 'disgusting' remark to Kate Garraway. The presenter and actor was back at the helm of the ITV news programme in replace of Kate's usual co-host Ben Shephard on Thursday .
He continued: "You can smell if they have dogs or cats. You always can." Charlotte Hawkins, who was reading the latest news headlines, then interjected as she shared how she thought Sir Keir Starmer, who was a guest on the programme, has a hamster."There you go, when he comes in have a sniff and we can try and guess the animal," Adil then suggested to Kate.
Before they did that, however, Adil leaned in to sniff his co-host and guessed: "Fish?" as Charlotte gasped in horror. As Adil laughed, Kate was seen moving away from him as the show quickly went to an advert break. But in the meantime, GMB viewers rushed to social media to complain.
