Good Morning Britain's Susanna Reid in an ‘awkward’ moment as she was corrected after her Ukraine war blunder.
Viewers saw Susanna have an exclusive interview with First Lady, Olena Zelenska to discuss the war in Ukraine as well as locals, who were praised for their bravery.Later on in the show Susanna was joined by Journalist John Sweeney and Ukrainian security advisor Liubov Tsybulska. But during the interview the GMB presenter was pulled up over a comment about women carrying guns in the Ukraine capital.
Susanna backtracked to say that it was female MPs who had been seen with guns, she said: "We haven't... we have seen female MPs. Female MPs. We have seen female MPs with weapons.”
