GMB’s Kate Garraway lovingly cares for husband Derek Draper during rare day out together
was spotted lovingly caring for her health-embattled husband Derek Draper as they enjoyed a rare day out together.
The couple, who have been married for 18 years were seen heading out for Sunday lunch over the weekend, where they were accompanied by another man.since he contracted it and fell seriously ill in March 2020 during the pandemic, was seen in a wheelchair on the outing. Kate has been very open and honest about the difficulties of caring for her husband amid his ongoing health battles, with him spending extended periods of time in hospital over the past three years.
Mum-of-two Kate, who shares daughter Darcey and son William with Derek, has since created two documentaries detailing her family’s life as Derek battles the long-term effects, with both programmes winning a National Television Award in the authored documentary category.
