If a new report is any indication, the actor's filmography could soon include a collaboration with J.J. Abrams . Jeff Sneider claims that Powell is in early talks to star in a mysterious new movie from Abrams, which would be the director's first feature since 2019's Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
What Is Glen Powell's Next Movie?Powell is set to star as Tyler Owens in this summer's Twisters, a standalone sequel to the 1996 hit Twister. Twisters follows Kate Cooper , a former storm chaser haunted by a devastating encounter with a tornado during her college years who now studies storm patterns on screens safely in New York City. She is lured back to the open plains by her friend, Javi to test a groundbreaking new tracking system.
