'We know how important a Post Office is to a community'

Thorncroft Post Office had been closed since February after the postmaster resigned, and the space is now a One-O-One convenience store.

Now the Post Office is back in business under new management at the previous location of 418 Carmunnock Road, Glasgow, G44 5EH.Scott Hamilton, Post Office's network provision lead, said: “We are delighted to have restored Post Office services to Thorncroft as we know how important a Post Office is to a community.”
