They've scooped a top wine award after serving Glasgow since 1971.
A popular West End restaurant has picked up an award for their ‘outstanding wine list’, beating out thousands of applicants from across the country.
Introduced in 1998, the award recognises an outstanding contribution to promoting wine understanding and appreciation. Nominees are judged on the quality of their wine list, and their ability to inspire customers to make wider and more adventurous choices in selecting wines.Posting to their Facebook page, Ubiquitous Chip said: “The Ubiquitous Chip restaurant has been awarded the AA Notable Wine List Award 2022/23.
“If you would like to celebrate with us over some fine wines, we have one table six available in our restaurant for Hogmanay, or book in for a wine tasting in 2023. Cheers everyone and Merry Christmas.”
