A drug dealer caught with up to £1,700 of cocaine claimed he was a social supplier.
Xhek Myrta, 21, was caught with the drugs at his home in Glasgow's Penilee on February 24, 2022.Myrta's mother allowed officers into the family home to search and they recovered a white Flannels box from under his bed."The cocaine was weighed to be 58.81 grams valued between £1350 and £1700."John Kilcoyne, defending, told today's sentencing that it was agreed that the drugs were for"social supply".
"I don't need to be as firm on you but be under no illusion the sentence I am imposing is not up for discussion or debate."
