David McCamond, 60, was convicted at Glasgow Sheriff Court of careless driving in the city's Govan from October 2021.Mr Crossan, his partner Demi Buist and a child were also inside.
Sheriff Mark McGuire fined McCamond, who is now unemployed, £210 and put four penalty points on his licence. She said:"We were just sitting to go round the roundabout at Helen Street and a care came into the back of us."She replied:"When the car hit us, my head went forward and smacked behind Brian's seat."
