Passenger Mark Boor, 42, from Craigend explained he was eating breakfast, enjoying the start of his holiday when he was told to evacuate. He told Glasgow Live: "I was due to fly to Tenerife with my partner and two kids. Flight was at 8.15am. Arrived At 6am. When we arrived this morning we'd seen the fire engine.

"They let us in and we were having breakfast , during breakfast they told us we were getting evacuated and we came out into the car park. "We'd just like to go on holiday. I'd like some information on what's happening. We don't know if our flight is going on. It will be alright if they passed on information a wee bit better. We were really excited. 11 day holiday. Just waiting about now and we'll see what happens."
