The Prince George Community Foundation gave $3,000 to six local organizations to boost their endeavours.
On Giving Tuesday, where people are encouraged to do good things to support one another through kindness or donation, the Prince George Community Foundation gave $3,000 to six local organizations to boost their endeavours.
The foundation put the names of all local registered charities into a basket and selected three finalists in each of the six categories of their giving categories, including Arts & Culture, Education, Environment, Social Services, Health and Sports & Recreation.
