Although the area nonprofit celebrates women year round, their commitment to enhancing girls' life experiences rings especially true today.DOTHAN, Ala. - To celebrate International Women’s Day, Girls Inc. Dothan held its annual Yellow Rose Project.
Each year on International Women’s Day, they offer people the opportunity to join them by purchasing yellow roses.“Being able to buy supplies for things for to do, and just being able to give them a fun and exciting environment,” Haley Ingram, the executive director of Girls Inc. Dothan, expressed.
