Girl Scout cookies go on sale today with the release of new flavor
It's that time of year when a lot of people say..."I give up on the New Year's resolutions, it's Cookie Season."
Today's the day that the Girl Scouts start their annual fundraiser with Girl Scout Cookie sales. This year, there's a new flavor that you can savor, too. It's a raspberry rally. There's something extra special about where we live because north Texas has Girl Scouts in 2 different associations. There are the Girl Scouts of the Texas-Oklahoma Plains on the western side of DFW. And there's the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas on the eastern side. Each council has its own version of Girl Scout cookies, and you can get the best of both, depending on where you live
