Kyndal Reynolds, 21, was fatally shot during a struggle after she attempted to rob two men in Warner Robins, Georgia, police said.
The men stayed on the scene early Sunday and cooperated with investigators, police said. They have not been charged.
Meanwhile, a GoFundMe page set up to raise funds to cover the costs of Reynolds' funeral described her as a"wonderful" mother. "It is with a heavy heart that I am reaching out to all of you today," Akima Rodriguez wrote on the page. "Many of you may have recently heard that our beloved Kyndal recently passed. Kyndal was a wonderful Mother, daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter, and friend who touched the lives of those around her. Amongst her family, she leaves behind her handsome son Keagyn , her brother Kingston and Mother Heather Reynolds.
