Georgia Harrison's courage will encourage more survivors to come forward, say charity
Stephen Bear has been sentenced to 21 months in jail after being found guilty on two counts of revenge porn and one count of voyeurism.
Georgia bravely appeared in court to give a victim impact statement, and she has been praised for her courage and for speaking up. She continued: “We know at Refuge that reporting and conviction rates are already incredibly low for this crime, but I hope today’s sentence will go some way towards encouraging women to come forward and seek justice for the crimes committed against them."
