“My main priority is making sure people don’t go through what I went through. You never know what you’re capable of, but I know I’m capable of a lot more than I achieved, especially in the five years I was on lithium. I didn’t need to go through those traumatic experiences and be made to feel so small and so wrong, and different, like nothing I said or did was right or good. I would never want anyone to go through that,” she says.
