RAMALLAH/WASHINGTON - Protesters staged anti-Israel rallies around the Middle East on Wednesday, some of them turning violent, to voice rage atThe blast occurred on Tuesday at Al Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza City. Palestinian officials said 471 people were killed.
