If the Aztecs win at Fresno State and take care of business against bottom-dwellers Colorado State and Wyoming at home, that gets them to 14 wins – potentially enough for at least a share of the conference title no matter what happens in road games at New Mexico and Boise State.The season never got any traction, failing to win a Division I game until December. The only reason they don’t have the Mountain West’s worst Kenpom.com rating at No. 156 is because Wyoming has slipped to 169.
