DeAndre Arnold, the Texas teen that was banned from walking at his graduation because of his dreadlocks, will be Gabrielle Union's guest at the Oscars.
Union invited the student to the Oscars in a video she tweeted.
Union's husband, retired basketball star Dwyane Wade, said the couple are "big fans" of Arnold, applauding the way he carried himself through adversity.
