The Welsh presenter has also taken proactive steps to maintain mental sharpness by engaging in regular brain exercises and modifying her work habits to manage her symptoms better. On set, she now keeps a piece of paper handy to jot down essential notes to aid her memory, reports the Mirror. The beloved presenter recently dazzled on the cover of Good Housekeeping's July edition, looking stunning in a gold dress and a chic white suit, as she gears up for the upcoming Olympics in Paris.
The mother-of-two emphasised that maintaining a strong marriage requires constant effort. Gabby also opened up about her fertility journey, sharing that the couple welcomed their twins via IVF in 2005.
