Damon and his partner were waiting hours to get home after landing at Manchester Airport
A Leeds man was forced to wait hours to get his car back from airport parking as the company 'lost his keys.'

They told me someone was on their way.
Damon said: "I just wanted to be home by then, it was freezing, in the middle of the night and I had just been travelling. I said to them 'have you got my keys I want to go?' They had moved my car back to outside the office - but were claiming they didn't know which keys were mine. I kept saying you've clearly moved my car back here so you must have the keys.
"I can confirm there was some periods during the last 3 weeks to customers opting to use the free shuttle service did indeed have long waiting times, however customers were not waiting hours like stated on your email. All returning customers during these busy periods were all informed of backlogs for collection, in which some customers made their own way back to the carpark, and other customers opted to wait for the free shuttle service.
