Our client is an established yet dynamic and innovative company in the Fintech space. They are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join their team.Understand and communicate product goals and strategy with stakeholders and clients to define requirements.Develop or identify and choose critical components of solutions and design, code, test, and document software components.Assist in task allocation, coaching, and mentoring your team.
Strong interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly, regardless of level of knowledge and experience.Understanding of object-oriented design, coding standards, DevSecOps, RESTful services, and secure application development.Full grasp of the software development process from analysis to deployment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 7 years’ experience in a similar role displaying progressive development into senior positions. Experience in dealing with stakeholders, building strong relationships, and delivering consultancy projects.DevOps experience and familiarity with multi-supplier environments and managing third party services.
