In this role, you will work closely with the Founders and have an opportunity to put your stamp on a career-defining product. You will require experience scaling a marketplace or e-commerce business with an understanding of how to balance supply and demand and enhance the user experience.
Translate business cases into technical strategies, ensuring that development efforts align with the company’s goals and market demands.Use their Tech Stack, Go, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure high-quality code and performance.Data Management – Manage data structuring, ensure smooth data streams across the organisation and provide real-time insights and business intelligence.Lead the further integration of API connections with multiple PMS systems or Channel Managers, ensuring seamless real-time booking, availability management, and property data synchronisation.Marketplace/E-commerce – Experience scaling a marketplace or e-commerce business. Understand how to balance supply and demand and enhance the user experience.
Performance & Conversion Optimization: Experience with Conversion Rate Optimisation , ensuring that user flows and product features drive business growth.Ability to understand the business side of a startup and convert business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring both short-term and long-term goals are met.Capable of working in a high-performance team, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and aligning technical work with business objectives.
