Billions of people are expected to watch around the world

As people line London streets and wait in the current 4-mile queue to visit The Queen lying in state, more details of the monarch's funeral have been released. World leaders, foreign royals and dignities have already been reported to be accepting invitations to attend the funeral, which will be held at 11am on Monday, September 19. Some in London for the occasion.

At around 11.55am the Last Post will sound, followed by two minutes of silence to be observed in the Abbey and throughout the UK. Reveille, the national anthem and a lament played by the Queen’s piper will bring the state funeral service to an end at around 12noon.
