Fugro relocates Americas headquarters to west Houston's Energy Corridor

Fugro, a geo data company based in the Netherlands, signed a 75,000-square-foot lease at Republic Square for the relocation of its Americas headquarters to the Energy Corridor. Bill Insull and Blake R. Virgilio of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Houston EC Development, an entity of Dart Interests, along with Houston EC Development's Jon Herbster. Bob Cromwell and Bob Gulley of Moody Rambin, and Zack Taylor with Colliers International represented the tenant.

With the new lease, the four-story, 320,000-square-foot Republic Square is 70 percent leased. The campus, which extends from the Katy Freeway south to Memorial Drive, was formerly home to Exxon Chemical. Urban Bird Hot Chicken will open in Shops at Morton Ranch Crossing, an 18,240-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at the Grand Parkway and Morton Ranch Road in Katy. Other tenants include Domino’s Pizza, Shipley Donuts, F45 Fitness and Wing Shack.announced plans to build a 20,000-square-foot clinic in the Woodway Square shopping center at 6401 Woodway for the relocation of its Tanglewood Clinic in 2024. The space was previously occupied by Goody Goody Liquor.
