Develops and maintains all relevant operating procedures, Job Safe Practices, Lockout procedures and confined space programs for the area responsible. Supports the achievement of operating objectives, targets and monthly budgets by coordinating area-to-area activities and ensuring effective communication with operating personnel.
Organizes and delegates appropriate work tasks for all employees under supervision on a daily, weekly and as-needed basis.Reviews daily schedule in the pre-shift huddle, assigns work orders and ensures quality of work during execution and at work completion.Qualifications:
