A Frisco-based real estate partnership represented by investor Sivaramaiah Kondru has now acquired the key development site. Kondru and affiliated partners have multiple properties in North Texas. CBRE’s Marty Neilon described the property in a marketing pitch as being “located in one of the most important long-term development concentrations in our market.” CBRE’s Neilon and Carter Kendall brokered the sale on behalf of Lesso Mall.more developers and land investors are focusing on the surrounding area of north Frisco.
