James ‘Jimmy’ Adams was stabbed at a block of public toilets in 1981
A fresh appeal has been issued by detectives investigating the unsolved murder of a 46-year-old Bradford man.
Three witnesses confronted the suspect at Malborough Garage. He threatened them with a knife before running off. Jimmy, who lived in Manningham, Bradford, had been stabbed 22 times and died from his injuries. The suspect is described as a white male. Around 25-35 years old, 5ft 6-5ft 8 tall, medium build with dirty blonde collar length hair and he was wearing glasses. The suspect would now be in his 60s or 70s. A witness described him as looking like the singer John Denver.
