"On 29 August 2017, a female complainant reported that Pule had demanded R500 gratification to avoid being arrested for a traffic violation. Free State traffic officer Tshiya Desmond Pule was sentenced to an effective five years in prison for two counts of corruption.The court also declared Pule unfit to possess a firearm.
