Around 11:30 p.m. March 27, officers responding to an initial report of shots fired in the 400 block of Mariway Road, near North Raceway Road and West 10th Street.
Nathan Royer, 34, is charged with battery of a public safety officer with injury, resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.FRANKFORT, Ind. — A Frankfort man has been arrested after police say he allegedly attacked an officer, leaving them with minor injuries. , shortly after 11:30 a.m.
Police say that when Royer was placed in handcuffs and being searched, he kicked the officer in the face. Royer was transported to the Clinton County Jail before being taken to a local hospital for further evaluation. Royer was cleared and then booked into the Clinton County Jail on charges of battery of a public safety officer with injury, resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.
