Francisco Lindor now has some down time to consider car shopping.
New Mets prez must hire a manager comparable or better than Buck Showalter
After the Mets lost 9-1 to the Phillies on Sunday in their season finale, Lindor told The Post he still intends to follow through and buy McNeil the car. The right-hander pitched to a 3.29 ERA over that stretch and allowed two earned runs or fewer in four of those starts.
