Azapo promises to change people's lives via SABCNewsOnline
The Azanian People’s Organisation has taken its election campaign to the Buffalo City Metro in the Eastern Cape where it has promised to change the lives of the people.
Azapo President, Strike Thokoane, who is accompanied by the party’s provincial leadership, has visited East London, Mdantsane and Berlin. He has promised the residents that if they elect the party into government on 8 May, it will bring about positive change and fight corruption. “We promise them good education. Free for starters, from Primary to tertiary. Grade 12 must be free up to first degree in university. That education must be decolonised. It must be an education that speaks to us. It must also be an education that works for us. The issue of jobs; everyone talks about it. Obviously, we want to build industries so that our people can be in good jobs for that matter, but must also own businesses. We promise them that we will fight so much against corruption.
