France are desperate to rediscover their killer touch when they take on Wales in round four of the Six Nations.

“The energy was poorly channelled at times, it could have been more effective,” Alldritt said of the 13-all draw with Italy which he missed due to an open wound he sustained against the Scots. “And I am convinced that this French team has a lot of character, that there are many champions in it that everyone will give their best to raise their level.”

“I had some special times here, won four Six Nations. For me it’s one of the best stadiums in the world.”
