Fox News host Pete Hegseth urges healthy people to 'have some courage' and get 'out there' to help build herd immunity while broadcasting from inside his house

Conservative Fox News opinion host Pete Hegseth took to the airwaves on Thursday to call for Americans to "put freedom before fear" and start "getting out there" in defiance of stay-at-home orders governors across the country have imposed to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus.

"Healthy people getting out there — they're going to have some courage," said Hegseth, who appears to be in good health and has not, as far as the public knows, tested positive for the coronavirus. The US is currently the global epicenter of the novel coronavirus outbreak, with more than 1.2 million confirmed cases and 73,573 deaths.
