Mr Murali Pillai asked what were the steps taken to market, tenant and renew the tenancies of 26 and 31 Ridout Road, and what measures have been put in place to ensure that any bidder participating in the tender is not provided with any advantage over other bidders. Mr Gerald Giam asked if there are plans to redevelop more of the land that is currently occupied by black-and-white colonial bungalows for more productive uses such as public housing, industry or commerce.
