Forvis Mazars is the most significant entrant into the global rankings in decades.
Auditing and advisory firm Mazars, which operates in over 100 countries, and FORVIS, a top-ranked public accounting firm in the United States, have announced the launch of their new global network, Forvis Mazars.
Forvis Mazars is the largest new entrant in the global rankings in decades. In a statement, Forvis Mazars noted that, as a two-firm network, it is unique in the market, providing “agility, capacity, and coverage to support clients wherever in the world they operate.” The company also emphasised that the merger serves the public interest by bringing increased choice to the market.
The global network board will consist of Hervé Hélias, who will serve as the first chair and continue to serve his ongoing mandate as chair of the group executive board of Forvis Mazars Group SC. Matt Snow, chair of Forvis Mazars LLP, formerly FORVIS LLP, will serve as vice chair of the global network board.
Commenting on the new global network, Hélias said: “This is a momentous and exciting time for our clients, our profession and our people.
