On Monday night, Epic Games released another tweak, further reducing the effectiveness of War Machine’s Hover Jets. This is the second nerf the new Fortnite item received in only a couple of days, which is quite surprising. Considering that the jetpack item was drastically nerfed, you may want to avoid picking it up in your next match. Let’s take a look at the latest changes in Fortnite.
Epic released the first nerf for this item last week, increasing the fuel consumption for boost and decreasing its speed. It appears that the first nerf wasn’t good enough, since the Fortnite developer released another one. This time, the boost ability was further reduced, and the item is much worse than before. It’s apparent that Epic Games doesn’t want the new jetpack to have boosting capabilities, but hopefully, this will be the last nerf.
