has purchased a 76,200 square foot industrial building portfolio at 2800 W. Division Street in Arlington. The buildings are more than 90% occupied by multiple tenants.Capital has purchased Premier at Prestonwood, a 208-unit multifamily property at 14827 Preston Road in Far North Dallas just off the intersection of Belt Line and Preston roads. The new owner plans upgrades to the rental community which was built in 1995.

has signed an 11,500-square-foot lease at Frisco Medical Pavilion II, a medical office building planned at 12950 Dallas Parkway in Frisco. Kyle Libby with Medcore Partners negotiated the lease with Transwestern. The building will open between the third and fourth quarters of 2023.has leased 9,904 square feet of flex industrial space in Gateway South, 6025 Commerce Dr., in Irving.
