Former Donald Trump aide Max Miller on Thursday filed paperwork at the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections to run as a Republican for Congress in Ohio’s redrawn 7th congressional district against incumbent Republican U.S. Rep. Bob Gibbs of Holmes County.

Miller initially said he would run for Congress against incumbent U.S. Rep. Anthony Gonzalez who voted to impeach Trump over his role in last year’s riot at the U.S. Capitol. Trump enthusiastically endorsed Miller’s campaign.
