Former Seattle Seahawks first-round pick Rashaad Penny has found a new team.
’s Jeremy Fowler reported early Monday morning that the veteran running back will be signing the Carolina Panthers. Penny spent the 2023 season with the Philadelphia Eagles, making sporadic appearances on offense and special teams and frequently getting healthy scratches. Unfortunately, Penny’s career has been heavily affected by injuries since coming into the league in 2018.
