A former football standout at San Jose High School and San Jose City College who had transferred to Kansas died in a car crash last week while he was driving back home for the holidays.
Bryant Rosas, a junior at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kan., was caught in a snowstorm when the collision occurred,. He had just finished his first season as an offensive lineman for the Ravens. A statement from Benedictine College did not specify where the crash had occurred. Television station KTVU reported that the crash happened in Colorado.
