The fourth part of the inquiry's report, which deals with Eskom, was handed over to President Cyril Ramaphosa on Friday morning. Molefe and Singh joined Eskom from Transnet in 2015 after the power utility's board abruptly suspended four top officials, including the group's then-CEO Tshediso Matona.
