Former PSL footballer Dan Morgan is lined up for another FIFA Club World Cup.
This year’s tournament featuring winners of the top club competition in each confederation plus the host nation’s league champions will be in Saudi Arabia from December 12-22.Percy Tau will do duty for Al Ahly as representatives of CAF. The Argentine has incredible footprint representation in this competition having arrived in New Zealand as a backpacker who then worked in a restaurant as a dishwasher before spells at AmaZulu and Mamelodi Sundowns.Morgan spent two years playing for Maritzburg United after arriving at the club in July 2019 from Auckland City.
The option on his contract was not renewed the following season and he returned home to re-join Auckland City.
