A former Columbus Zoo executive who initially pleaded not guilty for his alleged involvement in a $2 million financial scam changed his plea in court Tuesday.Tuesday, however, he admitted his guilt in exchange for reduced penalties. In all, Fingerhut pleaded guilty to 17 charges, including theft, tampering, falsification, fraud and more. He could get up to 37.5 years in prison when he's sentenced on Sept. 23.
. Stalf, Bell and Fingerhut are accused of taking concert and World Series tickets, golf memberships, lavish vacations and cash bribes from Zoo vendors, then manipulating Zoo finances to hide the deals.
