The new training academy will open on October 4
A Beeston salon owner has expanded her business and is set to open a beauty training academy with mental health as its focus. Sarah Clay, owner of The Lash Lounge in Queens Road, has expanded her business and will be opening The Lounge Beauty Training Academy next door, on October 4.
“That’s why I’m going to be opening a training academy where I’m going to be teaching predominantly lashes and brows." “Our saying is ‘what’s said in the salon stays in the salon’. It's a safe place, if you need us you pop in for a cup of tea.” “I want to be different, I want to be more but I don’t want to be charging more. We’ve always been affordable and we will continue to be affordable. If you wanted to do a lash course you could be where I am in five years, it’s a big emphasis on that. If I can do it anybody can do it.”
