The former Captain of the doomed Bayesian luxury yacht which sank on August 19 while at anchor off the coast of Porticello, has spoken out. While investigators seek answers for why a storm downburst led to the tragedy, and whether manslaughter and negligent shipwreck are to be brought, Captain Stephen Edwards issued a statement on LinkedIn, based on his experience captaining the yacht from 2015 to 2020.
