Ntswane cited football politics and unpaid salary demands as the reason he has stepped away from his playing career."I am done with football," Ntswane reveals to."My decision is due to many things such as all the politics in football and unpaid salaries."I am now back in Pretoria after finding a job as a teacher and head of sports.
"This is also a good opportunity to share my football experience with the youngsters and probably one or two will get the opportunity to realise their dreams through football."
