Ford: Despite recent controversies, medical assistance in dying is still a better choice than the alternative
There will always be those for whom life has become intolerable, and for whom suicide is the only way out of pain. Today, they do it alone, without being able to say goodbye to a world becoming increasingly unbearable.
Surely MAID offers a better choice than to find a hidden corner, away from those who care, away from the comfort of love. Indeed, the option of discussing the choices for ending life might even prevent some suicides.Share this article in your social network
