These events lead to our annual Decision Day, where we celebrate our seniors on their commitments. We started small, with just our Decision Day assembly, and the event has expanded every year.

The past two years we have held “On-the-Spot-Admissions” events on our campus. We host admissions representatives from Central Washington University and Eastern Washington University on two separate days to meet one-on-one with our students. The representatives look over transcripts and test scores and help finalize applications. If the student meets the necessary requirements, they could be admitted to the university then and there.

The Fair also includes our school-wide Decision Day barbecue, which helps us fundraise for our Decision Day scholarship—an award worth $500 for our runner-up and $1,000 for our winner. Our Decision Day is the biggest event of the year on our campus, one in which our students are being recognized and celebrated for their commitment to higher education. We also recognize our first-generation college students and present a Decision Day scholarship to a first-generation senior.
