The self-described"innocent Singapore" showed the staff the photos of the cockroach and informed them of"their unhygienic practice" of using bare hands. "Yet the two ladies at the beverage counter just ignored me with no acknowledgement or apology," said the Stomper, calling it the"worst service".SFA said:"Food safety is a joint responsibility. While SFA puts in place and enforces the regulatory measures, food operators must play their part by adhering to good food hygiene and preparation practices.
