Deputies found Adams in a car close to the scene, and she initially “denied any involvement,” according to a statement from theAdams later told investigators that “she was angry over being asked to leave the home that she shared with the victims,” grabbed a “large knife” and attack them.tap here to see other videos from our teamThinking she killed both roommates, Adams told cops she attempted to destroy evidence at the scene, changed her clothes and then went shopping.
“I’m very proud of my deputies and detectives that worked so quickly to not only provide aid to the victims but, also, to capture such an evil person and ensure that our streets are safe.” Adams was charged with two counts of attempted first degree murder and tampering with evidence. She is being held without bond.
